SWIMWEAR RETURN SUMMARY
All swimwear are handmade, made-to-order. All swimwear undergo quality-control checks to ensure there are no faults/flaws with the product. 
Returns are only accepted if product is deemed to be faulty/flawed. 
Solkini reserves the rights to deny returns for reasons such as 'change of mind' or 'wrong fit'. It is solely your responsibility to check product's description & size charts to ensure satisfaction. If any help with sizing is needed please contact us with accurate measurements so we can assist you further PRIOR to purchasing. We are also practicing strict-safe hygiene measures.

CROCHET EXCHANGE SUMMARY
Solkini allows exchanges for any crochet garment. We will only accept exchanges if the garment meets our general terms & conditions. We must approve any garment prior to you dispatching it to us. Please submit returns via our Returns Portal. If any help is needed please contact us via

The cost of the returns postage for an exchange will be at the customers expense. Solkini does not hold responsibility for returns postage.

Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receiving. All crochet garments must be unworn, tags attached, unwashed and in the original condition of purchase. 
You may exchange the garment for another size or item. If you have not received a response from us within 5 working days of return please contact us.
 We do not accept refunds unless the garment is deemed to be faulty.

IS YOUR ITEM DEEMED TO BE FAULTY?

You will have to provide a photo/attachment of the faulty item via our Returns Portal - within 14 working days. The item must be sent back in the same condition you have received it. It must be in the original packaging, with the original tags and remain unworn and unwashed. Any item not in original condition, packaging, original tags, unworn and unwashed or for reasons not due to our error will NOT be accepted for a refund or exchange. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we're unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued. If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, contact us at info@solkini.com.

If you do receive a defected/wrong item, please email us on info@solkini.com or visit our Returns Portal and include the following information: 

  • Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email) 
  • Name
  • Photo/attachment of defected/wrong item

 

PLEASE NOTE 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection. Once you have been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.

We are not able to accept returns for Solkini products not purchased directly through our website. All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Solkini. Outside retailers/other platforms will not be accepted for refund/return.
