IS YOUR ITEM DEEMED TO BE FAULTY?
You will have to provide a photo/attachment of the faulty item and contact us at email@example.com - within 14 working days. The item must be sent back in the same condition you have received it. It must be in the original packaging, with the original tags and remain unworn and unwashed. Any item not in original condition, packaging, original tags, unworn and unwashed or for reasons not due to our error will NOT be accepted for a refund or exchange. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds are to be made to the account used to pay for your original order. In the event that we're unable to refund directly to your account, store credit will be issued. If you have not received a refund after 5 working days, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do receive a defected/wrong item, please email us on email@example.com and include the following information:
- Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Name and address
- Photo/attachment of defected/wrong item
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection. Once you have been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.
We are not able to accept returns for Solkini products not purchased directly through our website. All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Solkini. Outside retailers/other platforms will not be accepted for refund/return.
